At Oak Spring University, we believe that i-Control can use SWOT analysis as a strategic management tool to assess the current internal strengths and weaknesses of the i-Control, and to figure out the opportunities and threats in the macro environment – technological, environmental, political, economic, social, demographic, etc in which i-Control operates in.
