At Oak Spring University, we believe that F&M can use SWOT analysis as a strategic management tool to assess the current internal strengths and weaknesses of the F&M, and to figure out the opportunities and threats in the macro environment – technological, environmental, political, economic, social, demographic, etc in which F&M operates in.
