At Oak Spring University, we believe that MGB can use SWOT analysis as a strategic management tool to assess the current internal strengths and weaknesses of the MGB, and to figure out the opportunities and threats in the macro environment – technological, environmental, political, economic, social, demographic, etc in which MGB operates in.

– As the technology based on artificial intelligence and machine learning platform is getting complex, MGB may face longer learning curve for training and development of existing employees. This can open space for more nimble competitors in the field of Construction Services sector.
