increasing household debt because of falling income levels, increasing commodity prices, etc
SWOT stands for an organization’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats . At Oak Spring University, we believe that EA can use SWOT analysis as a strategic management tool to assess the current internal strengths and weaknesses of the EA, and to figure out the opportunities and threats in the macro environment – technological, environmental, political, economic, social, demographic, etc in which EA operates in.
