At Oak Spring University, we believe that Infosys can use SWOT analysis as a strategic management tool to assess the current internal strengths and weaknesses of the Infosys, and to figure out the opportunities and threats in the macro environment – technological, environmental, political, economic, social, demographic, etc in which Infosys operates in.
